Mr. Leo Speights, age 80, of Marianna, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 in Southeast Alabama Medical Center, Dothan, Alabama.
Mr. Speights was a member of Magnolia African Methodist Episcopal Church.
Homegoing services will be held Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 1:00 PM from the sanctuary of the Second West Missionary Baptist Association with the Reverend William Harvey, Reverend Dwight Cockerham, Sr., Reverend Hollis McClendon, Evangelist Cynthia Gee and the Reverend Evelyn Creal-Wilcox officiating. Interment in Magnolia Cemetery. Vann Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Speights will lie in state at the church from 12:00 Noon until time for the service.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home on Friday, August 4, 2017.
